A kitchen that listens to the produce. Daily fish market, la Plana orchards, charcoal grill and rice as the through-line.

TU.LUM is the main restaurant at Nudo. A room open to the sea for 120 diners, harbour terrace and a menu that changes with the seasons. Same proposal at midday and night — different intensity.
